PTO Volunteer Opportunities
PTO is in the need of some volunteers on a weekly basis. Please see descriptions below.
**In both instances, you will need to be fingerprinted.**
Pizza Fridays
PTO will be doing Pizza Fridays. We need volunteers from 11:00-12:45 to assist in delivering pizza to the classrooms. We are also looking for volunteers to help with Pizza Prep (separating chips, juice, and plates for the classrooms).
There will be Half Year, and Full Year Prepay Options. If you choose Half Year, you will be reminded for the second half of the year. Due to the timeframe we have to place the orders, we cannot do any other prepayment or day of purchases. Please see Prepay Link under the Shop Section.

PTO Sponsorships and Fundraisers
PTO Perks
PTO Perks is a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate cart that supplies hand crafted coffees (iced or hot), tea (iced of hot), and hot chocolate.
Each week, beginning the end of September through June, all staff is offered PTO Perks delivered right to their classroom/office. Who wouldn't love a mid day pick me up every Wednesday!! This is one of the staffs favorite treats! We are looking for 1 volunteer per week to assist with making and delivering the PTO Perks. Time would be Wed 12-1:30. See link below to Volunteer. We are always looking for sponsorships to help offset the costs of the coffee and supplies. If interested in sponsoring, please click the link below. Your family name is proudly displayed to the staff on the order forms so they know who is treating them each week.

Spring Fling (K-5)
Friday April 17th, 5:30-8pm
The Castleton Banquet Hall
Friday April 17th from 5:30-8pm at Castleton in Windham. Join us for an evening of Dancing, DJ, Photo Booth, Brownie Sundae, and more! Tickets are on sale through March 29th. This is a HARD deadline.
Price is per person, everyone needs a ticket. All are welcome, bring the whole family! Anyone 2 and under is free, but you must reserve a free ticket for them. Please be sure to specify students Grade in text field.
This is for Grades Kinder through Grade 5. If you have older students as well in the middle school grades, they are welcome to come with the family. **If you only have middle school aged students, please wait for the Middle School Dance for them.**

PTO is looking for volunteers! We have 3 dates coming up where we need a large volume of volunteers. You must be fingerprinted in order to volunteer for all of these dates/times. Teachers Luncheon Coverage 05/08/26 ~We need 25 volunteers to assist in covering all classrooms. This allows all staff to sit and eat lunch together. They never get this throughout the year and it is a great way to end Teacher Appreciation Week. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0B45ACAB2AA2FD0-62921858-teacher Fun Run 05/26/26 ~We are looking for up to 10 volunteers to be the students cheerleaders during the event and hype them up! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0B45ACAB2AA2FD0-62784173-funrun Field Day 06/02/26 ~Field Day will have 4 fun filled stations for all grades to work their way through. Each station needs 4 volunteers guiding the kids on what to do and running the stations. This will allow the teachers and staff to join in on the Field Day Events with their students.
