If you need to cancel an order please contact us. We can usually cancel orders for physical products before they are processed. Once an item is sent home or mailed we cannot process a cancellation. If you have an issue with your product, let us know and we will see if it can be exchanged for another item. Some items such as event tickets may not be refundable. Those items will be noted in the item description.
Physical items are typically sent home with students or mailed within 3 days of your order. If you have not received your order, please let us know.
