Meet Our Staff

MELINDA LABO

DIRECTOR

Melinda has worked in Elementary Education since 1989. She holds a New Hampshire teacher certification for grade levels K-8. Melinda received her Masters’ Degree in Education, as well as her CAGS Degree in Leadership from the University of New England in Maine. She taught at various elementary grade levels in Windham, NH for 20 years. During this time, she managed the Professional Development for faculty, and held the role of team leader at different grade levels.

KIMBERLY GOLDEN
BUSINESS DIRECTOR 

Before coming to Windham Academy, Kim spent six years as a fifth grade teacher in the Windham School District.  Before working in Windham, Kim taught fourth grade in Merrimack, NH.

Kim earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Keene State College and her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern New Hampshire University. She lives in Salem with her husband Justin and daughters Addie and Emma.

Kim originally came on board as Business Manager and has already made such a tremendous contribution to Windham Academy.

PATTY MILORO
CURICULUM DIRECTOR 

Patty earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from the University of New Hampshire. She then attended graduate school at UNH and earned her Master’s Degree in Education and New Hampshire State Certification for grade levels K-8.

She began her teaching career in 1993 as a fifth grade teacher in Derry, NH. After six years teaching fifth grade in the Nashua School District, Patty left the classroom to raise her family, but remained in education as a private math tutor for middle and high school students.  She returned to the classroom as a Title 1 math interventionist for the Litchfield School District. Patty then went on to teach mathematics at Next Charter School and served as an adviser to high school students.  

Her three years as a first grade teacher at Windham Academy reignited her passion for teaching, and she is thrilled to continue to support the mission of Windham Academy in her role as Curriculum Director.
