  • Registration fees are non-refundable and are not applied toward camp tuition.

  • Camp tuition is non-refundable after May 1.

Registration & Payment

Do I have to register for all four weeks?
No. Families may register for one week, multiple weeks, or all four weeks.

​

Is there a registration fee?
Yes. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required per child. This fee is not applied toward camp tuition.

How do I receive the Early Bird discount?
To receive the discounted rate of $350 per week, registration must be completed by March 1.

​

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes. The first camper is full price. Each additional sibling receives $25 off per week.

​

When is payment due?
Full payment for all registered camp weeks must be received by June 1.

Changes & Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Camp tuition is refundable (minus the registration fee) only if cancellation occurs before May 1.

  • Cancellations made after May 1 are non-refundable.

Can I switch camp weeks after registering?
Week changes may be possible depending on availability. Please contact the office as soon as possible to request changes at summerprogram@windhamacademy.org

Attendance & Daily Logistics

What happens if my child misses a day or week of camp?
Unfortunately, refunds or credits cannot be issued for absences due to illness, vacations, or other circumstances.

Will confirmation be sent after registration?
Yes. Families will receive confirmation once registration and payment have been processed.

General Camp Information

Who can attend camp?
Ages 4*-13

*must be potty trained - must turn 4 yrs old  by January 31, 2026

​

Will more camp details be sent later?
Yes. Families will receive additional information, including schedules, packing lists, and activity details, closer to the start of camp.
