About the PTO The Windham Academy Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) was developed to create a working partnership with parents, teachers and school administration to foster a cooperative, enriching learning environment. The PTO provides educational opportunities and community events for the staff, students, and families at Windham Academy. Camp pricing INCLUDES a weekly field trip and Pizza Fridays, and a camp t-shirt. Camp Pricing: $300 per week Siblings: For families with multiple campers, the first camper is full price. Each additional camper receives a $25/week discount. To register, families pay a $50/week down payment at registration. You will then be billed monthly for the remaining cost of camp. Payment in full is due by June 1, 2025. If tuition is not paid by the due date, your registration may be cancelled and no refunds will be given. (If you wish to pay in full, please indicate that option at registration. We will bill you for the balance shortly after registration.) Cancellation and Refund Policy: We use your registration to plan for staffing levels. Your down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
