Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)

 

In compliance with AHERA, the Windham Academy Public Charter School is required to notify parents, teachers, and all other building occupants that an Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) is available to them in the office.  The Windham Academy Public Charter School does not contain any ACBM.
