Daily Health Screening Forms Please fill out one form per student before school every day . This screening is required by the State of New Hampshire. Monitoring daily symptoms can help detect the early onset of illness so that students and staff can isolate themselves from others and reduce their risk of spreading disease. Everyone has a role to play in protecting themselves and others. Self-monitoring for COVID-19 related symptoms is the best method for protecting yourself, family members, friends, and members of the school community. If your child answers "yes" to ANY of the questions, please keep him/her home from school. Parents should contact the school office to report absences and discuss symptoms with the school nurse if needed. It is extremely important that you immediately report the results of a COVID-19 test so that we can take steps to protect our school community. Your family's health information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to take appropriate and necessary steps to mitigate the spread of disease. Volunteering at WA Windham Academy thrives on a culture of volunteerism to help us with our mission. We rely on families and the community to use their unique talents to make our school run. We have opportunities for one-time, occasional, and on-going volunteer activities. Activities include: PTO - teacher and classroom outreach, organizing and working fundraisers, and more Events - Like to have fun and organize events? Help out with special events throughout the year. Communications - Have a talent for graphic design, social media, or websites? Communications is the place for you! Fundraising - This is a huge ongoing need for our school, and a very important committee! Other - Have any other special talents? Gardening, fixing things, working with kids? Let us know! The Great Pumpkin Raffle Each classroom is decorating pumpkins to raffle off to benefit the WA PTO. To purchase tickets, please fill out the form below and submit your payment online. 2023-2024 School Lunch Program 2023-2024 School Year: Windham Academy is partnering with Cravings in Nashua, NH to provide a hot lunch at Windham Academy EVERY DAY. Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 9:00am for the following week. Lunches will be delivered fresh daily. Meals include fresh, local produce (when available) or fresh frozen - no canned veggies!
